Liberty A.R. Tanner

Liberty A.R. Tanner, age 19, resident of Altmar, passed away Wednesday in an automobile accident. Liberty was born May 14, 1993 in Oswego, the daughter of Henry Tanner and Judy Huonder. She graduated from APW High School in 2011, and she was currently a student at the Continental School of Beauty in Syracuse.
In an instant Liberty was taken from us. Our hearts weep for the loss of a wonderful mom, life partner, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She was at the beginning of making her dreams come true. She will be greatly missed and always remembered.
Surviving: her fiancé, Ed Horning Jr. of Altmar; infant daughter, Olivia Grace Horning of Altmar; her father and stepmom, Henry Tanner and Ida Lytle of Adams; four sisters, Bethany Tanner of Sandy Creek, Brandie Pullen of Mexico, June Massingill and Amanda Switzer, both of South Carolina; three brothers, Robert Huonder of Mexico, Lee Pullen of Maryland and Lonnie Craw Jr. of Arizona; her in-laws, Frank and Amy Duva and their son, Alexander of Altmar, and Ed Horning Sr. of Parish. Liberty was predeceased by her mother, Judy and one brother, Jack Switzer Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, with a burial at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. prior to the funeral.
