Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, August 24, 1961 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Mrs. F. Dunbar Rites Are Held - Mrs. Esther P. Dunbar, 78, widow of Frank Dunbar, died Saturday at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Watertown. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p. m. at the Foster Funeral Home with the Rev. R. A. Northrop of the Sandy Creek Methodist Church officiating. Interment was in Richland Cemetery. She is survived by one son, Milford Dunbar of R. D. 3, Pulaski, and four grandchildren. Mrs. Dunbar was born September 9, 1882, at Orwell and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ward Platt. She had lived in Orwell and Sandy Creek most of her life but had operated a nursing home in Oswego for several years until three years ago when ill health forced her retirement. She had made her home with her son the past three years. She was a member of the Lacona Rebekah Lodge.
