Louella K. Allen, 66, of Altmar, died Mar 29 at Rome City Hospital. She was a member of the Pine Meadows Wesleyan Church and a 25-year member of Ricard Grange. She is survived by husband Elwyn; two sons, Harold and Elwyn, both of Altmar; four daughters, Joyce Brown of Mannsville, Lucille Smith of Williamstown, and Norma Tanner and Evelyn House, both of Altmar; her mother, Harriet Lyons of Watertown; two sisters, Eleanor Gaddow of Adams and Dorothy Giddings of Redfield; a brother, William Lyons of Tilton, N.H.; seven foster children. The funeral was April 1 at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home in Pulaski with Rev. John Gillette and Rev. Adelbert Edwards officiating. Spring burial in Fairview Cemetery,
Williamstown.
