      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, July 28, 1920 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Charles H. Kelsey, who lived on a farm in the eastern part of this village, on Rome road, died, Monday afternoon, while sleeping. Mr. Kelsey bad been in poor, health for some time but-his family were not looking for his sudden death, as it finally came. He had laid down to take rest and Mrs. Kelsey went to him in a short time and found he had expired. Mr. Kelsey was born at Mannsville, Jefferson County April 3, 1850. He came to this town over forty years ago and has lived in and near the village ever, since, occupied at farming. He has lived on Rome Road seventeen years, moving there from North Street. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Walter Montondo and Mrs. Percy Ingersoll and two sons, Mr. Clifford Kelsey, of this village and Mr. Clarence Kelsey, of Copenhagen. Funeral service will be held Thursday afternoon, at 3 o'clock, old time.
