    • Newspaper Obituary - December 12, 2010 Syracuse Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - Viola Britton Howard, 95, of Oswego, died Saturday at St. Luke's Health Facility in Oswego, NY. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Mary Howard of Orwell; one daughter, Brenda Howard of Thompson Ridge, NY; one sister, Rose Peck of Williamstown; one brother, Robert Britton of Ocala, FL; five grandchildren, Raymond, Jeffrey and David Howard, Kim Dexter and Kelly Spears; and several great-grandchildren. Spring graveside services will be in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery in Parish, NY. Contributions may be made to Vorea Community Church, Orwell, NY 13142. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home, Parish, NY.
