Scott M. Spencer, 28, of 80 Spencer Road, Pulaski, died June 14, 2003 at Millard-Fillmore Hospital, Buffalo. He was born in Oswego on December 26, 1974, the son of Melvin and April Neill Spencer. He graduated from APW High School. He was a life resident of Spencer Road, operating a dairy farm for the past 10 years.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, April and Harlan Walker, Pulaski, one sister, Kristine Lachut of Star Lake and one niece, Emily Lachut of Star Lake. He is predeceased by his father, Melvin Spencer, who died July 5, 2000 and his grandmother, Arestine Spencer who died November 9, 2002.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, with Rev. Donald Wiltse officiating. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Dugway. Calling hours will be held 12 to 2 p.m. Wednesday. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. Fulton-Hannibal.
