  DONALD H. LEWIS Watertown Daily Times (NY) - October 31, 2007Browse Issues Donald H. Lewis, 54, Pulaski, died of heart failure Monday at his home. He had been ill with heart problems. Mr. Lewis was employed by the town of Richland Highway Department for 12 years, retiring in 2002. He also was employed by Agway Petroleum and Pulaski Ready Mix. Born March 25, 1953, in Oneida, son of Donald and Helen Burmingham Lewis, he graduated in 1971 from Camden High School and lived in Camden until moving in 1979 to Pulaski. He married Bonnie S. Burgy on July 5, 1975. Surviving besides his wife are three sons, Shane H., Jason K. and Logan J., and two brothers, Nelson and Jeffrey, all of Pulaski, and a granddaughter. The funeral will be private. Arrangements are with Foster-Hax Funeral Home.
