      Vickie M Richter, age 72, resident of Sandy Pond, NY, passed away peacefully at her residence on September 15, 2025. Vickie was born in Syracuse, NY on November 16, 1952, attended Pulaski Academy and was married to Richard W Richter, Jr., who passed away on February 28, 2011.

      Vickie is survived by her daughter Melissa (Tom) Carnes of Sandy Pond, a son Patrick (Tiffany) Richter of Houston, TX, her siblings John (Kris) Sperati of Pulaski, NY, Donald (Christine) Sperati of Pulaski, NY Richard Sperati of Sandy Pond, NY and five beloved grandchildren, Cassidy, Kayla, Mary, Max and Zoie. She was predeceased by her sibling Thomas Sperati and parents John and Verda Sperati.

      Per her wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral services.

      In lieu of flowers, donations in Vickie’s memory may be made to the SPCA.
