    • Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, September 26, 1861 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Died - In Hastings, Minnesota, September 5, 1861, Louise E Twitchell, aged 22 years. The subject of this notice was the youngest daughter of Luther Twitchell, Jr., deceased. Of the family, consisting of ten adult persons, who left New York in 1854 in 1855, four have since died, the two already mentioned, and Allen A. Twitchell and Mrs. Susan E. Fox. While each died unconscious, all left undoubted evidence that they had "fought the good fight, and kept the faith."
