Marion L. Ford, age 75, of 17G Woodcreek Drive, Rome, New York, died Wednesday January 10, 2001 at her residence after a brief illness. She was born January 9, 1926 in Rome, the daughter of Clarence and Pearl Shaver Dingman. Mrs. Ford was a graduate of Rome Free Academy, the Class of 1944. On October 1, 1966 she married Thomas J. Ford in Taberg.
Surviving besides her husband are two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathleen and Allen Last, Lee Center, Ann and Charles Strutz, Baldwinsville, two sons and daughters-in-law, William and Judy Neff, Wallkill, New York, Carey and Claudia Smith, Newport News, Virginia, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
