      Death: May, 1913

      George F. Coon, one of the best known farmers in Oswego Town, died at his home in South West Oswego last night after a lingering illness of many years. The deceased was born in Geddes, Onondaga county, fifty-eight years ago and moved with his family to Oswego county about forty years ago.

      Besides his widow he is survived by one son, John Coon, of Oswego Town, and a daughter, Mrs. Mary Colvin, of Altam. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at the family home
      at 2:oo o'clock. Burial will be made at Bundyville cemetery.
