      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, June 8, 1938 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Funeral of Susie Olin Held at Richland ¬Mrs. Susie A. Olin, who was long a resident of this vicinity was laid to rest at Richland cemetery last Sunday, June 5, 1938. After an illness of over a year, Mrs. Olin passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Howard, Thursday, June 2. Mrs. Olin was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jerome B. Eddy, and was born April 12, 1853 in the town of LeRay, Jefferson County. Mrs. Olin moved to Altmar with her parents and resided in that vicinity for about fifty years. November 20, 1872, Susie A. Eddy was married to George W. Olin and lived in the town of Altmar until Mr. Olin's death January 9, 1896. Since that time Mrs. Olin has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Frank Howard in the vicinity of Utica, where she had lived for about 35 years. Rev. E. J. Kallind, pastor of Wolcott Memorial Presbyterian church, New York Mills conducted the services. Mrs. Olin was very actively interested in the church work of that village since she lived in that vicinity. Mrs. Olin is survived by one daughter, Mrs_ Nellie S. Howard, 235 Whitesboro Street, Yorkville; one son, George E. Olin of Madison; one grandson and one great-grandson, Willard B. Olin and Willard, Jr., both of Madison, and many friends and relatives of this vicinity.
