  Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, July 5, 1983 oswego County Messenger - Anna Schmidt - Oswego - Anna Schmidt, 55, of 11 Ellen St., Oswego, died in Oswego Hospital after a long illness. Born in Minetto, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna Swan. She had been employed as secretary in the NYS Division of Employment. She was a graduate of Oswego High School and was active in the Woman's City Bowling League. She was a communicant of Grace Lutherian Church, Oswego. Surviving are her husband, Harold Jr., five sons, Paul of Wayne, N.J., Alan, Eric, and John, students at Oswego High, and Gary, a student at Oswego Middle School, all of Oswego; a brother, Robert Swan of Oswego; and two sisters, Lillian Swan and Mabel Gresham, both of Oswego. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. today in Grace Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Dain Cullinan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
