    • Newspaper Obituary - Monday, July 14, 1958 Oswego Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Charles A. Swan, 70, husband of the late Anna Belle McLaughlin Swan, died early this morning at his home, 136 Fifth ave. He was born in New York City but spent most of his life in Oswego. Retired for a number of years, he was a former machinist at the Diamond Match Co. He was a member of the First Methodist church. He is survived by three daughters, Miss Lillian Swan, Mrs. James (Mabel) Gresham, Mrs. Harold (Anna) Schmidt, Jr., all of Oswego, one son Robert L. Swan, Oswego and three great grandsons. Funeral services will be held at the family home Wednesday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Rural cemetery. Friends are invited to call at the Swan home at their convienance.
