      Newspaper Obituary - Monday, October 1, 1984 Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Mr. Forest J. Hall, 69, of Syracuse Road, Pulaski, died Saturday, September 29 at the Northern Oswego County Health Services Center. A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Mr. Hall resided in Pulaski for 66 years. He retired in 1975 after 26 years at the Carrier Corp. in Syracuse. Surviving are his wife, the former Laura Marsden; three sons, Glen W. of Sandy Creek, and Robert J. and Larry F., both of Pulaski; a daughter, Miss Jane A. of Pulaski; a sister, Mrs. Manfred Case of Mexico; and eight grandchildren. Contributions may be made to Northern Oswego County Ambulance. Services will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 3 in the South Richland Cemetery. Foster-Hax Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
