Martin A. Mowers, 75, Green Haven Park, died Wednesday at Oswego Hospital.
The funeral will be private. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Dugway.
There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are with the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski.
Contributions may be made to the Northern Oswego County Ambulance fund.
Surviving are his wife, Betty A.; a son, James M., Pulaski; two grandsons; a brother, Clare, Fonda; and three sisters, Frances Rozonkiewiecz, Pulaski, Hilda Sweeney, Altmar, and Edith Green, in Oregon.
Born Jan. 22, 1917, in the town of Albion, son of Berton and Anna Brandt Mowers, he attended the Churchill School, Happy Valley, and lived in Pulaski and Centerville before moving to Sandy Creek in 1990.
He retired in 1980 after 25 years with the Oswego County Highway Department and was previously employed by the town of Albion for many years.
He married Betty A. Muir June 28, 1947.
Mr. Mowers was a member of Park United Methodist Church, Pulaski. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Altmar-Russell Tryon Post 1435, American Legion.
