- Mine Victim (Chester Bialogowicz)
The funeral of Chester Bialogowicz, 25, of 700 West Main street [Plymouth], who met an untimely death Monday afternoon [April 27, 1931] at 1:30 in No. 20 tunnel of Truesdale mine, Glen Alden Coal Company, will be held tomorrow morning at 9 from the family home, thence to Polish National church were a high mass of requiem will be celebrated at 9:30. Interment will be in the parish cemetery at West Nanticoke. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary Bialogowicz and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Mathew Cislo, of Plymouth; Albert of Hillside, N.J.; Mrs. Vincent Kennedy, Joseph Bialogowicz, John Bialogowicz, Peter Bialogowicz, and Edward Bialogowicz, all of this community [Plymouth].
