- Newspaper Obituary - December 20, 1990 - Watertown Daily Times - WILLIAM C. MOUCK, NATIVE OF PULASKI, DIES - William C. Mouck, 61, of 7601 North St., died Monday in Oswego Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 7385 Park St. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery with full military honors. Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the Pulaski Ringgold Fire Department Building Fund or the Northern Oswego County Ambulance fund. Surviving are his wife, Madeline B.; two sons, Jeffrey W., Chittenango, and David R., stationed with the Marine Corps in Saudi Arabia; three grandchildren a sister, Verda Sperati, Pulaski; several nieces and nephews. Born in Pulaski April 22, 1929, son of William and Louella Richardson Mouck, he also lived in North Syracuse before returning to Pulaski in 1975. He retired in June as a supervisor after 43 years with Conrail. He married Madeline B. Minor Feb. 4, 1950, in the Pulaski Methodist Church. Mr. Mouck was a member of the Pulaski Wesleyan Church and a former member of the Northern Oswego County Ambulance corps. An Army veteran of the Korean War, he was a life member and former commander of the Robert Edwards Post 358, American Legion, and a member of the Society of Pulaski Post 7289, Veterans of Foreign Wars.William Claude Mouck, Jr., born in the village of Pulaski, April 22, 1929.
