    • Newspaper Obituary - Pulaski Democrat June 19, 1935 - MRS. MARY E. UPTON - Mrs. Mary E. Upton, 76, widow of Levi Upton, former resident of Richland; died at the home of James MeNett, in the Hicks district Sunday morning. Mrs. Upton had been an invalid for 17 years during which time site had lived at the McNett home. She was born in Richland, December 6, 1859. The funeral was held at the McNett home yesterday afternoon. Rev. A. E. Lawrence, officiating. Burial in Richland cemetery.
