- Michael Kendrat, 72, of Shaver Ave., North Syracuse, NY, died Tuesday, Feb. 18, 1997 at his home. He was born in Syracuse and lived in the area all his life. He was an Army veteran of WWII. He worked in the grocery business for 38 years, retiring from P&C in 1985. He was a life member of VFW Post 4612 in Little Falls, NY. Surviving are his wife of 45 years, Eileen; two sons, Mark of New Jersey and David of Liverpool, NY; a brother, William of Minoa, NY; a sister, Mary Porcynaluk of Texas; and six grandchildren.Services are 8:30 pm today at the Sears-Middleton Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Spring Burial is in Mountain View Memorial Gardens, Little Falls, NY. There are also services and calling hours Friday at the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home in Little Falls.
