  ***Marian G. Daniels Mowers - August 7, 1904 - October 26, 1979. Daughter of John and Gertrude Daniels. Wife of Vernon Jesse Mowers. Newspaper Obituary - Saturday, October 27, 1979 Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Mexico - Mrs. Marian G. Mowers, 75, of Pulaski Street, died Friday at her home. Bom August 7, 1904 in Parish, she lived here for 35 years, originally residing in Richland. She was the widow of Vernon J. Mowers who died in 1938. Mrs. Mowers was a member of the Silver Crest Lodge 229 of Rebekahs. Surviving are two sons, Robert and Vernon of Mexico; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and a brother, Clark Daniels of Mexico. Private services will be Monday at Harter-Olmsted Funeral Home, Rev. Charles Austin officiating. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
