    • Newspaper Obituary - August 13, 1959 Perry County Times - New Bloomfield, Pennsylvania - George M. Lewis, 53, of 226 Prospect Ave., Duncannon, who died Saturday, Aug. 8, in a hospital in Harrisburg, were held yesterday, Aug. 12, from the funeral home, 325 High Street, Duncannon. The Rev. Walter Glenn, pastor of Asbury Methodist Church, officiated. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemeter. He was a member of the Asbury Methodist Church, Duncannon Fire Company and a veteran of World War II. He also was a member of Duncannon American Legion, Perry Lodge 458 of the Masons, Marysville, and the Harrisburg Consistory. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruth W. Lewis; four sisters, Mrs. Gail B. Young, Wilkes-Barre; Mrs. James Chester, Duncannon R.D.1.; Mrs Ruth V. Lewis, Duncannon, and Mrs. Paul Kelly, Mt. Airy, and two brothers, David Lewis, Progress, and Paul Lewis, California.
