      Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, November 26, 1985 Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Mexico - Earl V. DeLong, 82, of County Route 41, died Monday at Oswego Hospital after a brief illness. Bom in Mexico March 6, 1903, he was the son of the late John and Clare (Presley) DeLong. He owned and operated a dairy farm. His wife, the former, Beatrice L. Wilcox, died in 1983. Mr. DeLong was a life member of the national and state Holstein Friesian associations. Surviving are two sons, John W. and Hadwen V., both of Mexico; two sisters, Anna Row of Pulaski and Blanche VanLoon of Pittsfield, Massachusetts; a brother, Raymond of Mexico; 22 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski, the Rev. J. David Wolcott officiating. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery, Femwood. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 7385 Park Street.
