Graydon D. Stewart, 75, who built the Hub Restaurant on Route 20A and operated it with his wife, Anita, for 17 years, died Thursday (Jan. 23, 1992) in the East Side Nursing Home, Warsaw, after a long illness.
Born in Perry Center, he was an independent builder and constructed many homes in the area. He was a member of the Perry Center Volunteer Fire Company and First Congregational Church of Perry Center.
In addition to his wife, survivors include a son, Roy of Kansas City; a brother, Dean of Denton, Texas, and two grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, 59 Lake St., Perry.
Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
