- Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, August 15, 1995 Watertown Daily Times (NY) - Norma B. Wilson Dies - Norma B. Wilson, 67, of 3148 Richland Road, died Monday at her home. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Park United Methodist Church with the Rev. Elizabeth Mowry officiating. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Donations may be made to the Park United Methodist Church. Surviving are five sons, Stephen G., Terry R. and Paul R., all of Pulaski, Thomas J, Hinesburg, Vt., and Scott R., Orlando, Fla; two daughters, Gail E. Vance and Linda C. Jones, both of Pulaski; three brothers, John Tilkins, Clay, Robert Tilkins, Butler, Pa., and Ronald Tilkins, Maryland; two sisters, Eileen Skotnicki, Adams, and Bonita Salisbury, Pulaski, 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A son, Robert G. Wilson, died in November 1966 in Vietnam. Born May 8, 1928, in Richland, a daughter of Lewis and Florence Brown Tilkins, she attended Pulaski Academy High School. On Feb. 10, 1946, she married Grant O. Wilson. He died July 21, 1989. In 1987, she retired after seven years of service at Schoeller Technical Papers and was previously employed for several years by Evergreen Nursing Home. She had lived in the Pulaski/Richland area for the last 45 years. Mrs. Wilson was a member of the Park United Methodist Church, was a Gold Star mother and a member of the auxiliary of the Robert Edwards Post 358, American Legion.
