      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, October 4, 1962 Mexico Independent - Mexico, New York - Mexico - Monford F. Preman, 48, of Ames Street, died Monday afternoon in Oswego Hospital after a long illness. Mr. Preman was born in Mexico, September 13, 1914, son of Mrs. Rogers Preman and the late Frank Preman and was a lifelong resident. Employed as a maintenance man at the Sealright¬Oswego Falls Corp. in Fulton, he was a member of the Civilian Defense Auxiliary Police and the Sealright Maintenance Club. He also was a member of the Mexico Methodist Church. Surviving besides his mother and wife, Mrs. Mildred Barclay Preman, are a son, Kenneth Preman, Mexico; three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Sarah) Loucks, Syracuse; Mrs. Frederick (Terry) Green, Colosse; and Miss Vicki Preman, Mexico; three sisters, Mrs. John (Mildred) Ramsey, Mexico; Mrs. B. E. (Emily) Larson, Adams, and Mrs. Vic (Marjorie) Guaerra, Fulton, and one grandchild. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Gibbs Funeral Home. The Rev. Calvin Zimmer, pastor of the Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Willis Cemetery, Town of Richland. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
