      Newspaper Obituary - Monday, May 15, 1950 Oswego Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Mrs. William Barclay - Pulaski - Mrs. Alice Barclay, 64, wife of William Barclay, Daysville district, died at her home late Sunday night. She had been in poor health for several years but had been seriously ill only for the past three weeks. Funeral services will be held from her late home at 3 p.m. Wednesday, by the Rev. James N. Pauley of the Pulaski Methodist church, with burial in Daysville cemetery. She was born in the town of Richland, September 18, 1885, daughter of James and Elizabeth Colwell Corbett and had always made her home in the town. She married William Barclay, Selkirk Beach, in 1903 and for the past 27 years they had occupied their farm near Daysville. Surviving are seven daughters, Mrs. Mattie Waterbury, Mrs. Bertha Briggs, Mrs. Hazel Koch, Pulaski; Mrs. Mildred Preman, Mexico; Mrs. Carrie Bonner, Orwell; Mrs. Helen Tripp, Akron, Ohio, and Miss Irma Barclay, Daysville; two sons, Lester, Pulaski, and James Barclay, Mexico, and 11 grandchildren.
