    • Newspaper Obituary - Monday, April 20, 1982 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Roy P. Murray, 81, Syracuse Road, Route 1, died at 8 a.m. Sunday April 12 in Mercy Hospital, Watertown, after a long illness. He would have been 82-years-old Tuesday. The funeral was 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, at the Foster-flax Funeral Home, with Rev. Dolan Morris, pastor of Park United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial was in South Richland Cemetery. Donations may be made in his name to Park United Methodist Church or Northern Oswego County Ambulance. He is survived by four sons, Elwin L., Pontiac, Michigan, Lawrence E., Waterford, Michigan, Eugene R., Pulaski and Edward H., Mexico; seven grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. Born April 14, 1899, in the Town of Richland, a son of James and Mary Peters Murray, he attended district schools and married Irene Bums, June 23, 1920. He was employed many years as a carpenter, retiring in 1965. Mrs. Murray died October 5, 1962, at the age of 62. He was a member of Park United Methodist Church.
