She was a avid gardener and cared for many stray animals. She was the President of the Conchliar Implant Society. She was widowed by her first husband, Warren L. Stewart and second husband, Gilbert Rohring. Survivors: Longtime companion, Don Weeks; two daughters, Patrice (Patti) Stewart, Orlando, FL, Toni Duncan, Orlando, FL; two sons, Alan Stewart (Leslie), Silver Spring, MD, Douglas Stewart, Gaithersburg, MD; four grandchildren; one sister, Virginia Yerdon (Satch), Sandy Creek; three brothers, Michael Hughes (Ernestine), Parish, NY, Joseph Hughes (Edie), Sandy Creek, NY, David Hughes (Cathy), Mexico, NY.
