    • Newspaper Obituary - Monday, February 1, 1988 Banner Times - Pulaski, New York - Helena V. Spencer, 74, of Richland Road, Pulaski died Tuesday, January 26, 1988 at Harr-Wood Nursing Home, Oswego, after a long illness. A native of Natural Bridge, Mrs. Spencer resided most of her life in Richland. She was a graduate of Sandy Creek High School. Mrs. Spencer was a member of Richland United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, Stanley C.; a son, Ronald C., of Pulaski; a daughter, Susan Hall of Richland; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services were at 10 a.m. Friday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery. Calling hours were 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Northern Oswego County Ambulance.
