- ARCHIE W. NEILL, PULASKI, DIES AT HOME AT AGE 83

Archie W. Neill, 83, Old Mexico Road, died at his home Saturday morning after a long illness.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, with the Rev. Elizabeth Mowry, pastor of Park United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial in the Pulaski Cemetery will be this spring.
Calling hours are 7 to 9 this evening at the funeral home.
He is survived by two sons, Russell W. and Archie A., Pulaski; four daughters, Audra Monney, Marguerite Fox and April Walker, Pulaski, and Nancy Weisenburger, Rome; 22 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, and four sisters, Florence Braley, Beatrice Cook, Dorothy Neill, Altmar, and Lillian Neill, Pulaski.
He was born May 6, 1906, in Orwell, son of William and Audra G. Neill, and attended Town of Richland schools.
He married Inez Crouse on May 17, 1931, at Sandy Creek. She died Jan. 26, 1988.
He was employed by L.J. Farmer Nursery for 21 years. He was also employed by Douglaston Manor Farms and the Howard Nicholson Farm. Most recently he was employed by the Pulaski Village Cemetery for 14 years before he retired in 1984.
He was a member of Pulaski Grange 730 and the Park United Methodist Church.
