    • Newspaper Obituary - January 19, 2007 Post-Standard, The (Syracuse, NY) - LEFEVER - Helen LeFever, 83, life resident of Syracuse, passed away Wednesday at Loretto Cunningham. Helen was the daughter of Arthur and Nina (Smith) Vandenburg. She retired from Nojaims Brothers Stores. Survivors: Her companion, John Currier of Syracuse; three daughters, Pat (William) Carson of Auburn, Maine, Carol Champion of Mexico, NY and Joyce LeFever of NC; four sons, Michael (Mary) of Camillus, David (Carol) of Syracuse, Steven (Mary) of Cherry Hill, NJ and Charles (Colleen) of Fulton; 24 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and several great- great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be Saturday, 12:30 p.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, 4612 S. Salina Street, Syracuse. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery.
