      Elsie M. Gressler, 80, of 114 Ten Eyck St, Watertown, died Friday, July 20 2012, while under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County. She was born November 15, 1931 in Pulaski the daughter of Leigh and Helen Davis Pratt. She graduated from Pulaski Schools and the Rochester Business Institute.

      She married Joseph Gressler, May 17, 1952 at St. John's Church, Pulaski, NY with the Rev. Shanahan officiating. Mr. Gressler died, March 24, 1985.

      Mrs. Gressler was the secretary and bookkeeper for the Truck Driver Local 687, Watertown for many years.

      Mrs. Gressler was a regular at Southwicks Beach State Park and enjoyed spending her summers there.

      She is survived by a son and his wife, Gary and Donna, Watertown; a brother, Donald Pratt, Pulaski, and three grandchildren, Amber, Painted Post, NY, Zachary and Wyatt, both of Watertown.

      There will be no services. Arrangements are with Cleveland Funeral Home, Inc.

      Donation may be given in her memory to Hospice of Jefferson County, 1398 Gotham St, Watertown, NY 13601.
