Notes - ORA C. NEILL PULASKI - Ora C. Neill 82; of Pulaski RD 1 died Tuesday at Oswego Hospital after a lengthy illness. A native of Orwell, he had lived in the Pulaski area most of his life. . Mr. Neill was a farmer most of his life. In 1954, he 'became caretaker for the Pulaski Cemetery, and retired in 1969. ... Surviving are his wife, the former Edith Braley; two sons, Charles and Robert; three daughters, Mrs. William Petruschak of Syracuse, Mrs, Howard Wise and Mrs. Charles Rice; three brothers, Elvard,' Archie and James; four sisters, Dorothy Braiey and Florence Braley of Altmar Beatrice Cook of Oswego and Miss Lillian Neill; 11 grandchildren and a great-grandson. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 7385 Park St., the Rev. Roger M. Crassi officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m; Thursday at the funeral home.
