- Newspaper Obituary - Monday, April 10, 1995 Watertown Daily Times (NY) - Lois P. Wilder, Pulaski, Dies At Age Of 100 - Lois P. Wilder, 100, Spring Brook Apartments, died Saturday at the Eastern Star Nursing Home, Oriskany. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Eastern Star Home, Oriskany. A local service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are with the Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Surviving are two sons, Tracy H. II, San Luis Obispo, Calif., and Robert F., Venice, Fla.; two daughters, Rhea Laveck, Pulaski, and Carolyn W. Moran, Seneca Falls; 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren. Born Feb. 2, 1895, in Syracuse, a daughter of Frank and Carrie Holden Parsons, she had lived in Pulaski since 1935. She married Tracy H. Wilder Feb. 4, 1914. He died in 1973. Mrs. Wilder was a member of the Park United Methodist Church for 60 years and a member of the Pulaski Chapter 159, Order of the Eastern Star, for 72 years. She was district deputy grand matron of the Oswego District of Eastern Star and a member of the Pulaski Civic Club. She was past president of the Tuesday Study Club and fifth district chairman of the Federated Women's Club.
