Survived by his wife, Mrs. Adelia Richardson Milligan; a daughter, Mrs. Kathleen Novak; a son, Bert C. Milligan; three sisters, Mrs. Noreen Dillon, Mrs. Mae Beiter, Mrs. Rachael Yiengst; a brother, Samuel; an uncle, John; seven grandchildren; one great- granddaughter. Services Monday 2 p.m. Allanson- Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, 919 Main St., Phoenix, the Rev. Terrance E. Millbyer officiating. Interment Phoenix Rural Cemetery.
