      Newspaper Obituary - Monday, April 18, 1938 Oswego Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Mowers Funeral To Be Held On Tuesday - Pulaski, April 18 - The funeral of Vernon Jesse Mowers, who died early Saturday morning from injuries received when he was thrown against a buzz saw on a town of Richland wood cutting job Friday, will be held in the Richland Methodist Episcopal church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock. They will be conducted by the Rev. Charles T. Martin, pastor of the church and burial will be in the Richland cemetery. It is expected that Assistant District Attorney Clarence J. Gorman will conduct an inquiry into the cause of the accident within the next day or two.
