Notes - Charlotte M. Richardson, 85, of Schwartz Towers, Auburn passed away Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Geneva General Hospital. Charlotte was born in Port Byron, the daughter of the late Owen and Mildred Davis Horr. She graduated from Port Byron High School, class of 1949. Charlotte was a waitress, she worked at several local restaurants, including the Pioneer, Hunter’s Diner, the Marshall Manor. Charlotte is survived by her children, Jennie L. Ewing, whom she had resided with, Donna M. and Craig (Cubby) O’Connell, Melvin R. and Tammy Richardson, her grandchildren, Trevor and Teneka Harmon, Jennie Wilson, Jacqueline Johnson, Melvin J. and Chelsea Richardson, great-grandchildren Khloe and Kennedy Harmon, Gabriella Torro, Ellie Mae Church, and Melvin the VI due in February, her brother Calvin Horr Sr., a special nephew Calvin Horr, Jr and his wife Billie, several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Wednesday, November 9, at 12:00 PM at the White Chapel Funeral Home, 2719 Erie Dr, Weedsport. Friends may visit with her family, from 11 AM till noon, prior to services. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Charlotte M. Richardson may be made to the Brutus Food Pantry, 9005 Jackson St., Weedsport, NY 13166.
