      Otto R. Lilley, 93, of 608 Lake Road, died Wednesday at the home of his son, William D. Lilley, Manlius.
      Mr. Lilley worked for 37 years for the former GLF Co. and Agway Petroleum Co. as a supervisor in Trumansburg, Canton and Paterson, N.J., retiring in 1969.
      Born May 17, 1908, in Pulaski, son of Dexter and Elizabeth Lane Lilley, he graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1926.
      He married Grace S. Merriam on April 6, 1935, at the home of her parents in Pulaski with the Rev. Robert C. Dunn, then pastor of St. James Church, officiating. She died Jan. 12, 1997.
      He was a member of St. James Episcopal Church, a 60-year member of Pulaski Grange 730 and a member of the Pulaski Service Club.
      Surviving besides his son are a daughter, Elizabeth L. Mitchell, Payette, Idaho; a sister, Dorothy Hastings, Pulaski, and six grandchildren.
      The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Dec. 6 at St. James Episcopal Church with the Rev. Sally Heiligman, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery.
