      Norma Seeley Doxtater, 87, of Highbridge Road,Manlius,died Monday at home.

      Born in Syracuse, she was a communicant of Assumption Church and a member of its Altar Society.

      Her first husband, Raymond Seeley, died in 1953, and her second husband, Roderick, died in 1999.

      Survivors: Two sons, Raymond W. Seeley and Jerome R. Seeley, both of Syracuse; two daughters, Pat Gaffey of Baldwinsville and Norma Kemmett of Manlius; a brother, Paul Kinn of Onondaga Hill; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

      Services: Private. Burial, Assumption Cemetery. No calling hours. Gang Memorial Chapel, 104 Fordham Road, Syracuse, has arrangements.

      Contributions: Hospice of CNY, 990 Seventh North St., Liverpool 13088.
