      Alice C Brodeur, 95 of Richland, passed away at Morningstar Care Center in Oswego. Alice was born March 17, 1927 in Huntingdon, Quebec to Emery and R. Cecelia (LaDuc) Mere. She was a graduate of Massena High School. Alice married Remi Brodeur November 22, 1947 at Sacred Heart Church in Massena. The couple lived in Canada for a time and moved to Richland, NY in 1959. She was a member of Christ Our Light Parish in Pulaski. She was a board member of the Friendship Shop in Sandy Creek, Alice enjoyed crocheting, puzzles, reading and French music.

      Surviving are her children; John (Suzanne) Brodeur, FL, Charlene Crosby, Richland, NY, Bonnie (Warren) Unger, PA, Richard (Lynn) Brodeur, Pulaski, Roger (Cindy) Brodeur, Glens Falls, siblings; Margaret Brodeur, Richland, Yvette Ploof, Norfolk, NY, 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

      Alice was predeceased by her parents, her husband of 53 years Remi, two brothers Armond Mere, John Mere and a grandson Paul Neil Crosby.

      Calling Hours will be Friday August 19th from 11am-1pm at Summerville Funeral Home in Sandy Creek and the burial immediately following at Pulaski Village Cemetery.
