    • Newspaper Obituary - Monday, August 12, 1996 Watertown Daily Times (NY) -Mildred G. Mandigo - Mandigo Lifelong Pulaski Resident - Mildred G. "Peg" Mandigo, 86, formerly of Springbrook Apartments, died Sunday at Pontiac Nursing Home, Oswego. Mrs. Mandigo was a lifelong resident of Pulaski and worked at Unger's Store in North Syracuse from 1964 to 1974. Born Feb. 27, 1910, in Pulaski, a daughter of Bert and Flossie Moyer Coon Sr., she attended Pulaski Academy High School. She married Frank M. Mandigo on Nov. 6, 1930, in Binghamton. Mr. Mandigo died in March 1968. Surviving are stepson, Richard, Pulaski; a brother, Bert L. Coon Jr., Pulaski; a sister, Dorothy Gayne, Pulaski; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park St., with the Rev. Elizabeth Mowry officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
