      Newspaper Obituary - Monday, April 20, 1981 Oswego County Messenger - Fulton, New York - Pulaski - Mrs. Charlotte E. Stewart, 73, of Pulaski, died at Hillcrest Nursing Home, Oswego. She was born in Orwell, the daughter of Ernest and Maude Middleton Stowell, she was married to Ernest Stewart in October, 1924 and they made their home in Pulaski. Her husband died in 1975. She was a member of Park United Methodist Church, Women's Relief Corps of Pulaski and the American Association of Retired Persons. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Sylvia Green of Auburn and Miss Viola Stowell of Syracuse; and a brother, Richard Stowell of Mohawk. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski, the Rev. Dolan Morris officiating. Burial will be in Daysville Cemetery.
