    • Newspaper Obituary - October 31, 1939 Oswego Palladium Times - Vicinity Obituary - Arthur C. McLaughlin - Oswego Center, Oct 31. - Arthur Cleveland McLaughlin, 53, died at his home at Oswego Center Tuesday afternoon at about 1:30 o'clock. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. hazel King McLaughlin; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Sweet, Fulton and Miss Burnice McLaughlin of Oswego Center; and two sons, Tracy and Frederick McLaughlin, both of Oswego Center. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
