    • Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday April 7, 1976 Pulaski Democrat - Mrs. L. Stewart of Pulaski Dies - Mrs. Lucille C. Stewart of 7392 Park Street. Pulaski passed away March 31 at the House of Good Samaritan, Watertown after a short illness. She was born in Pulaski to Joseph and Mary Cassidy Clark. She attended Pulaski High School and the Pulaski Teacher Training Class. On April 25, 1917, she was married to Rexford Stewart in Pulaski, living here all her life. She was an engraver and watch repair woman at O.V. Davis, a former Pulaski jeweler. She was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She was also a former member of the Pulaski Civic Club. Surviving are her husband, Rexford; one daughter, Mrs. John (Rita) Carnes; one sister. Mrs. Frank (Ann) Honold, Syracuse; 3 grand-children. 2 great-grandchildren. 2 nieces and one nephew. The funeral was 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Taylor-Vida Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church where a Mass of the Resurrection was celebrated by Rev. Thomas P. Whalen. Burial was in Pulaski Cemetery.
