    • Online Obituary - Rosella LaRock - ROME - Rosella LaRock, 89, passed away on April 27, 2013 at the Heritage Health Care Center in Utica. She was born on May 7, 1923 in Lorraine, NY to the late Ralph and Edna Norman Ackley and received her education in Lorraine schools. Rosella is survived by her son and daughter in law, Ward and Yvette Christman of Rome, her brother and sister in law, Robert and Beverly Ackley of Adams Center, her daughter in law, Joan Christman of South Paris, ME., 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband of 15 years, LeRoy LaRock to whom she was wed on November 11, 1995, and who passed away on April 16, 2011; her sons Ronald and David Christman; and several brothers and sisters. Services will be held at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Smith Funeral Home, 3022 Oneida St. Sauquoit.
