    • Newspaper Obituary - Saturday, June 4, 1994 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Stanley C. Spencer, Richland, Dies at Age 81 ¬Stanley C. Spencer, 81, RD. 2, Richland Road, died Friday morning in Oswego Hospital. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski, with the Rev. Elizabeth Mowry, pastor of Park United Methodist Church, Pulaski, officiating. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Richland Fire Department. He is survived by a son, Ronald C., Pulaski; a daughter, Susan Hall, Port St. Lucie, Florida; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a brother, Richard, Florida, and three sisters, Blanche Waters, Durhamville, Emma Hilton, Central Square, and Dorothy Rogers, Jordan. Born August 24, 1912, in Pulaski, son of Charles and Elma Montondo Spencer, he attended Pulaski Academy High School and lived in the Richland-Pulaski area all his life. He married Helena V. Bellinger in 1931. Mrs. Spencer died January 26, 1988. Mr. Spencer was employed by the Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. for 32 years, retiring in 1973. He was also previously employed by the town of Richland Highway Department for several years. He was a member of the Richland Fire Delia' Intent and Park United Methodist Church.
