    • Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, September 7, 1927 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Death of Mrs. Elizabeth Miner - Many sorrowing friends and relatives attended funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth M. Look Miner, wife of Harvey P. Miner, of Buffalo, and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bennie L. Look of Richland. Services were conducted at the Richland M. E. church, Friday, by Rev. S. H. Stokes of Central Square, who officiated at the deceased's wedding two years ago. She was buried in her wedding gown and during the funeral services, vocal selections were rendered by Mrs. Stokes and 0. B. Sprague of Richland. Mrs. Miner was born in Richland November 2, 1899, and after graduation from Pulaski Academy went to Oswego where she took a business course in Chaffee Business School. Returning to Richland she entered the employ of the New York Central and for seven years was ticket agent at the Richland station. She was married to Harvey P. Miner two years ago and went to Buffalo to reside. Stricken with appendicitis two weeks ago, she was taken to Deaconess Hospital, Buffalo, where it was found she also had typhoid fever, which was the cause of death on last Tuesday, August 30. Her death came as a shock to her many friends in this vicinity and the esteem in which she was held was evidenced in the gathering of many to pay final respects and in the large number of beautiful floral tributes. She is survived by her parents, her husband, and one sister, Mrs. Harold Mitchell of Richland. Bearers at the funeral were Charles, Raymond and Samuel Miner, Harold Mitchell, Ernest Ingersoll and Enock Haresign, the latter two of Oswego. Interment was made in Richland cemetery.
