    • Newspaper Obituary - August 1, 1957 Pulaski Democrat - Mrs. O. Harmon Rites Are Held - Mrs. Addie Harmon, 85, widow of Ora W. Harmon died Friday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bessie Littler in Delano St., following an illness of a few weeks. She had been in failing health for several years. Services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Littler home with the Rev. James N. Pauley of New Hartford, former pastor of Park Methodist Church, assisted by the Rev. Harold Page, pastor of the Congregational Church. Interment was in Pulaski Cemetery. Her five grandsons, Harmon and Gordon Littler of Pulaski, Robert Littler of Oneida, Jack Littler of Jefferson and Gerald Littler of Birmingham, Ala., and Robert Balcom of Pulaski acted as bearers. Surviving besides her daughter and five grandsons are a son, Albert Harmon of Orlando, Fla.; and a sister, Mrs. Lydia Hutchins of Mannsville, who is a patient in Oswego Hospital recovering from an auto accident several weeks ago; and two granddaughters, Mrs. S.C. (Marguerite) Jackson of Boonville and Mrs. John (Elizabeth) Lough of Cooperstown; and 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Harmon was born Nov. 3, 1871, at Richland the daughter of William and Mary Lighthall Orton. She was married Jan. 3, 1895, to Mr. Harmon in Richland. His death occurred March 27, 1949. She was a member of the Park Methodist Church and active in its societies as long as her health permitted. She had resided in the village the past 35 years.
