- Mrs. Daisy Larrabee, 30 Year Resident Of Parish Dies In Oswego Hospital
Mrs. Daisy Larrabee, wife of Merton Larrabee or Parish, died last Thursday morning in Oswego hospital where she had been a patient for nine days. She was born in Hastings March 24, 1898, daughter of William and Jennie Spicer Morse. She had lived in Parish 30 years, and was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary of Russell Horning post, the Parish Wenonah Rebekah lodge and of the Past Noble Grands club. Surviving, besides her husband, are her parents, a son, William of Pulaski; a grandson; three sisters, Mrs. Pansy Johnson of Central Square, Mrs. Tressa Garlock of Hastings and Mrs. Iva Richer of Herkimer; a brother, Charles Morse of Elmira, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at the home of her parents in Hastings Sunday. Rev. B. L. Waters, Jr., pastor of Parish Methodist church officiated. Burial was in Hastings cemetery.
